World Medical Tourism & Global Health Congress would like to Announce Medica Sur as a Bronze Sponsor at the 2nd Annual World Medical Tourism & Global Health Congress in 2009

Industry News

Medica Sur is a health institution that comprises diagnostic, medical attention, research, teaching and community service units. The institution has brought together a select group of medical, nursing, administrative and hospital management professionals who guided by a strict ethical code and backed up by cutting edge technology thrive to offer medical excellence with human warmth.

This project was conceived in 1982 by a group of Mexican physicians and healthcare professionals. They envisioned a private-sector High Specialty Center where academically significant ethical medicine could be practiced while complying with international efficiency standards and being financially sustainable.

Thus, the Medica Sur Group began with a Specialties Tower and basic diagnostic services. It has evolved into a hospital at first, then a High Specialty Center and finally a group of companies that covers the three levels of medical care: i) primary care at its three Medical Care Centers; ii) second level at the Santa Teresa Hospital in the middle of the Mexico City's metropolitan area, and iii) High Specialty medical care at its Medical-University Complex on the south side of Mexico's capital city.

Our mission at Medica Sur, we offer medical attention and practices that are ethical and effective with human warmth in state-of-the-art facilities with high-end technology for the maximum benefit and total satisfaction for our users, be it doctors, patients, family members or companies. With a Vision to be the best medical institution in Mexico in the fields of healthcare, teaching and research.

This is the one event per year where Employers, Self Funded Health Plans, Insurance Companies, and Medical Tourism Facilitators that are looking to outsource healthcare overseas have the opportunity to meet with top International Hospitals and Medical Tourism Companies in one place for the ultimate networking event. As a Bronze Sponsor, Medica Sur will receive multiple exciting benefits including two conference registrations plus workshops and preferred exhibit booth placement.

The best Medical Tourism Conference of the year. This is a comment they have heard over and over from delegates who participated in the first World Medical Tourism & Global Health Congress which took place in San Francisco California September 2008.

The 2009 World Medical Tourism & Global Health Congress promises to match that sentiment and, at the same time, provide even more networking and advanced panel sessions for this international gathering. The conference will feature up to 2,000 attendees, up to 200 speakers, and over 125 exhibitors.

Don't miss out on the 2nd Annual World Medical Tourism & Global Health Congress will take place on October 26-28th, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in Los Angeles California USA.

Till next time,

Stephanie
